Booster Pump Building and Foundations The next challenge involved removing the booster pump building, which included the structure’s contents, the concrete floor and foundations. This portion of the project required careful excavation , and our team used a CAT 325 excavator equipped with a hammer and bucket to break up and remove the foundations, ensuring a clean slate for the next phase of development. 3. Piping and Vault Removal Alongside the demolition of the tank and pump building, we also removed a network of piping from the tank to the booster pump building, meter pits, and vaults.
